Abstract

The Islamic revolution and the extension of the political culture of fundamentalism and justice in the foreign policy of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while delegitimizing the liberal ideas governing international relations; He became the originator of the development of new rationality in international theorizing that the hegemony of autocratic agents has faced many challenges in this field. In this article, we intend to refer to the rational and narrative arguments in Islamic political jurisprudence, as the software regulating the actions of the Islamic Republic government, while explaining the legal origin of the liberation movements, to explain the distinguishing aspects of these movements from Let's talk about terrorist groups. We also examine the jurisprudence of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran in supporting them. Finally, with a previous study in political jurisprudence and liberal democracy, as two effective software on the development of the political culture of the religious state and the secular state, we try to refuse the emergence of terror - as an undesirable tool to achieve political goals - in the duty-oriented logic of the republican government. Islamic Iran and the wide possibilities of the emergence of this phenomenon in the political philosophy of the western foundation.
