Guide for Authors

1. The article has not been previously published in another journal or submitted to other journals at the same time.

2. The article should have a title, abstract in Persian, keywords, introduction, main text, conclusion, sources and references.

3. The article in word program is 20013 and the font is B nazanin and size 13 is thin. The title of the article should be typed with B Titr font and size 14.

4. The volume of each article should be at least 12 and at most 22 pages.

5. Keywords should be between 4-7 words and in Persian.

6 .. Persian abstract, from 150 to 200 words.

7. In the text of a phrase that expresses a feature and the author demands more attention from the reader, such as special names, articles of law or .... should be marked with " "

8. The English equivalent of reforms and scientific concepts, etc. should be footnote

9. References to in-text sources. Thus, in the text of the article, after quoting the article, in parentheses, the last name, the year of publication and the page number should be mentioned. Example (Haji Dehabadi, 1396, 100).

10. The list of sources and references in the alphabetical order of the authors should be given at the end of the article as follows.

A). Books: surname of the author, name of the author, year of publication, title of the book, (in bold), surname of the translator or proofreader, name of the translator or proofreader, volume number, place of publication. Example: Hart, Herbat, 1390, The concept of law, Rasekh, Mohammad, Tehran, Ney Publishing.

 

B). Articles: surname of the author or authors, name of the author or authors, year of publication, title of the article, (in bold), name of the journal, issue number and number of first and last pages of the article. Example: Rezaei, Mohsen, 2006, Experimental method, fourth year managerial framework, No. 122, 172, 189.

11. Under the title of the article, the name of the author or authors and in the footnote section of the e-mail and the position of Tehran researcher, as well as the sample of the responsible author. (For example, Saeed Saeedi, M.Sc. Student of Private Law, Farabi Campus, University of Tehran)

12. Articles express the views and opinions of authors.

13. The citation of the contents of the publication is unrestricted by mentioning the source.
