Article acceptance process
"The process of accepting articles in the specialized quarterly Opportunity"
Authors' articles are received only after registration and through the system.
The article should be edited and processed according to the authors' guide.
After completing the submission and receiving of the registration code, the article will be placed in the initial review. At this stage, the article is examined along with the authors 'specifications, and therefore it is necessary that the profile file entered by the author in the system includes the full text of the article and the authors' specifications.
The initial review period of the article is three weeks from the date of submission of the article by the author.
After the initial review, the decision to send the article to the judges will be made. At this stage, the main file of the article without the authors' details will be sent to at least two specialized judges, depending on the subject. Obviously, if the files are not inserted correctly in the system, it is not possible to send articles to the referee, and based on this, it is reminded that if the files are not inserted correctly, the journal has no obligation to evaluate the submitted articles.
Articles that meet the required quorum in the evaluation of the judges will be reviewed and re-evaluated in accordance with the policies of the journal in the editorial board meeting of the quarterly.
The certificate of acceptance of the article will be presented to the authors after its approval by the members of the editorial board in the editorial board meeting. Otherwise, despite the approval of the judges, the article lacks the necessary criteria for publication in the quarterly and is considered rejected.
Reviewing and evaluating each received article is a three- to four-month process that can take up to five months, depending on the process of acceptance, publication, and publication.
The articles are received only through the system and the quarterly has no obligation to review the articles that are sent to the e-mail address of the esteemed members of the editorial board.
