Abstract

Humor facilitates communication, strengthens relationships, reduces stress, gives a person a perspective and raises attention, enlivens and creates, strengthens and improves communication. It enables managers to establish effective and intelligent communication with their employees using the joke phenomenon. Meanwhile, in addition to the role of humor in the organization; Understanding the interests, tastes, culture and sensitivities of the target audience, word management and the application of negotiation principles and techniques, using psychology and communication in information management, customer management, especially the management of complaining customers, managing oneself and managing others and the organization and ...it all depends on political intelligence. Political intelligence includes the ability to create a good communication network that can create informal coalitions as well as formal coalitions. In this article, the role of political intelligence and humor in the organization and its positive effects have been examined.
