Abstract
In Islamic laws and rulings, distorting or violating the rights of individuals or the community or the rights of God, in addition to the social anomalies and chaos and the punishment that follows for the perpetrator, there are also constructive effects from God on this. Behaviors are predetermined.
This research seeks to first explain the position of the haram morsel and the reasons for its entry into life; and secondly, to examine the effects of forbidden food on deviance and delinquency of individuals (especially children). The method used in this research is a descriptive-analytical method based on library sources. Forbidden acquisitions from the point of view of verses and traditions, then the general causes of crime and its prevention are examined, and then the factors affecting the child's personality and the possible effects of the forbidden morsel on children's deviance are examined. In the end, emphasizing this theory that the influence of forbidden food on the inheritance or upbringing of people is qualitative and unmeasurable, it has been pointed out that from the point of view of Islam, forbidden food is in deviation and
