Abstract

From the beginning of history until now, the "family" has been the main social institution, the foundation of societies and cultures, civilizations and human history. The religion of Islam, as a humanizing school, pays the most attention to the superiority of the family; Hence, he considered this sacred institution as the center of education. He also considers the happiness and misery of human society as dependent on the goodness and corruption of this building and considers the purpose of forming a family as meeting the emotional and spiritual needs of human beings, including achieving peace.
In this article, it is stated that all family members have the right to each other, that a woman's exclusive rights, which are her financial rights, included the right to alimony and dowry, and a man's exclusive rights, a woman's right to leave home with her husband's permission and family management rights. . The rights of children were also divided into two branches: moral and spiritual rights and financial rights. And obeyed them; According to this article, it became clear that all family members have a right to each other, which is a prerequisite for the family to achieve perfection and happiness.
