Abstract

Due to the advancement of industry and technology, and the emergence of emerging economic phenomena such as digital currencies, traditional contracts do not work in transactions and modern buying and selling methods have been created that are done in the context of network and net. The increasing prevalence of online transactions requires new jurisprudential solutions in order to legitimize such transactions within the framework of jurisprudence; Based on this necessity, this pen committed itself and researched one of the practical options discussed in jurisprudence in this context. The research is descriptive-analytical with survey technique. Its collection tool is a library and digital data. Due to the importance and necessity of the research, the question was raised that the option of the parliament has a place in electronic contracts in terms of jurisprudence and law? The results are as follows: 1. Contracts that are electronic without waiting and the parties are able to communicate and conclude the transaction at a time, in this type of contract, the option of the parliament is valid.
