Please introduce yourself
I am a servant of Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini Darreh Sufi from Afghanistan, born in 1982, I currently live in Qom and I am studying for a doctorate at Al-Mustafa University in Qom.
When did you start your education and in what fields did you study?
I entered this scientific institution in 2006, by participating in the Al-Mustafa University exam.
I received a bachelor's degree in jurisprudence and principles and a master's degree in jurisprudence and judicial law from Al-Mustafa University.
How did you become interested in research and writing?
I have been interested in writing since I was a child. Al-Mustafa's policy of being research-oriented also strengthened my motivation.
On what subject did you write your master's thesis? What was the reason for choosing such a subject and with what grade did you defend it?
The subject of the master's thesis is immigration law. Under the title: Immigrant Rights in Ahl al-Bayt jurisprudence, وIranian and Afghan law.
There are gaps in the domestic law of Islamic countries regarding immigrant rights. The lack of a complete law in accordance with the jurisprudence of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) has caused the rights of immigrants to be lost in some cases. This dissertation highlights legal shortcomings; In order to eliminate the shortcomings, its adaptation to the jurisprudence of the Ahl al-Bayt should be considered by the legislator. A large part of the abuse of immigrant rights is due to the immigrant's ignorance of his rights. The main obligation of this work is to inform and acquaint the different strata of the immigrant society with their basic, civil, social, cultural and economic rights.
This dissertation is about 500 pages long and has a comprehensive and complete comparative study of immigrant law in the jurisprudence of the Ahl al-Bayt and the law of Iran and Afghanistan. A comparative and comparative method is used in it. Implementing the enacted laws and rights in accordance with the jurisprudence of the Ahl al-Bayt and the weaknesses and strengths of the laws on the one hand and comparing the laws of Iran with the laws of Afghanistan and expressing the strengths and weaknesses of each in securing the rights of immigrants
This dissertation was defended with an excellent score (19.75).
Have you published your dissertation?
Since the necessity of such a work was felt both among immigrants and in scientific societies and legislation, in 2009, I started publishing through the office of the Elite Society of the Seminary of Qom.
The elite community had called for the publication of the works of the elite of the seminary, and since I am also a member of the elite community of the seminary, I sent a copy of the dissertation. After multi-stage judging, eighty works were selected for publication, and my dissertation was recognized as scientifically and structurally eligible for publication. The Office of the Elite Society Finally, in 1400, at their own expense and with the logo of the Elite Society, they published my dissertation with official permission through Vazeh Pardaz Andisheh Publications.
The work of distribution and distribution of the work, in the month of Muharram 1442, is done through the religious delegations of the immigrants.

Do you have executive records in scientific institutions?
During the immigration period, and due to the restrictions that exist for immigrants, there is no formal work environment for immigrant students. Despite this issue, in 1399, with the help of another group of friends, we established the Imam Hassan Askari Cultural and Service Foundation among the immigrants living in Qom, and in the framework of it, we carry out scientific and cultural works.
One of its scientific activities is the scientific quarterly "Nasim Kowsar", the first issue of which was published in the summer of 1400 under the editorship of a servant.
We have programs in the form of the Imam Hassan Askari Foundation for Qomi immigrants, which are mostly based on short-term applied education topics.
What is your role in the specialized scientific quarterly Opportunity related to the student mobilization of the University of Tehran?
As a scientific advisor, I am honored to work with this quarterly, and in each issue, I submit one of my unpublished articles to the quarterly.
